Our Work
Mind Onsite has been providing the Early Intervention Program at SCMT since 2017. Staff have access to free onsite osteopathic treatment and clinical exercise for rehab and conditioning. Monthly manual handling, biomechanics and movement awareness sessions are run for each operational department. Ergonomic workstation, desk and machinery assessments are conducted for all staff.
In 2022, the Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust was nominated as one of four finalists in the 29th Annual National Safety Awards for Excellence. The Activate Health program which includes Mind Onsite’s wellbeing program, was nominated as one of the best Employee wellbeing programs. Mind Onsite’s Wellbeing Program features in the video below:
Mind Onsite is currently working with Alba Thermal Springs & Spa, conducting manual handling and mindset training, workstation and task assessment, and workplace ergonomics consulting for their team of highly safety focussed staff. We look forward to working in partnership with Alba to provide effective, and engaging workplace safety and wellbeing solutions.
